Update! :)💖💟🌞

Good morning everyone and happy Monday, I hope you all had an amazing weekend. I have done a lot of soul searching and finding myself after my day after Christmas breakup. I have been going to the gym every night now and have come to the conclusion that I love fitness so why not do what you love and become a personal trainer. I am going to start looking at local gyms to see if they are hiring for front desk just to get my foot in the door. I love thinking that now I have a goal and a purpose for life, I think I have found my calling.

Well I hope you all have an amazing Monday.

Love and hugs from my home to your’s.

Happy Thanksgiving! 🍗🍜🍗

Good afternoon everyone, and happy thanksgiving.  I hope you are all having a peaceful thanksgiving home with your families making amazing memories that you can look back on the following year. I also wanted to stop by and reflect on this past year. I feel that today is a great day to look back on the years events and be thankful for those events that have brought us all to where we are today. Have you ever stopped to think back on a certain event in your life and wondered how your life would have turned out had that one event happened differently? Every event, every experience, good or bad has brought you to the exact moment you are at right now. Every event is a life lessons and every life lessons brings you to exactly where you need to be.

Well I hope you all have a very peaceful day. Fill your day with memories with loved ones and fill your bellies with a bountiful feast.

Happy Thanksgiving,

Love and hugs from my home to your’s.

Good morning!

image

Good morning from a rainy city everyone, so I have been feeling really down about my fitness I feel like I have hit a plateau and not budging, I have been changing my diet even more and adding more fitness to my regime. However I do know I have been making some kind of progress as the new boots that I bought fit a lot better than they did when I originally bought them which made me super excited that I can now wear those for my birthday dinner date night with my boyfriend on the 29th. speaking of which this is a major mile stone for me as I have never been on an actual date so I am super excited and actually looking forward to my birthday this year.

Well I hope you all have an amazing, pleasant, peaceful, and dry Wednesday.

Love and hugs from my home to your’s.

What have I been up to? 🌞

Good morning everyone and happy Monday.  So I know it has been a while since I have done a blog post, but here are some of the things I have been up to. I retaught myself how to crochet (there are 2 things my mom taught me before she passed away the first one was how to write and not only how to write but to write from your heart,  but also how to crochet.) I also taught myself how to knit yesterday. (Have never been taught before.) I am still writing my book however I did take a break from it this weekend as I am a bit stuck at the moment but am hoping to get back into it today.

Halloween is only a few days away and I have been so busy putting together trick or treat bags and still getting my son’s costume together.

Well I hope you all have an amazing, wonderful, blissful Monday.

Love and hugs from my home to your’s.

Healthy eating.

Ok I also forgot in the mix of all the bad that has been happening that I created a new healthy recipe. It’s called brown rice and quinoa with sautéed vegetables. What I did was mix 1/4 of a cup of brown rice and 1/4 of a cup of quinoa in my rice cooker I then added about 1 1/2 cups of water. I then added my spices a pinch each of sea salt, garlic powder, pepper, and chili powder.  I then cut up one onion, one jalapeño,  and one bell pepper. I then sautéed it over medium heat in extra virgin olive oil (Evoo). Once finished I added the vegetables to the rice cooker stirred and then let cook approximately 45 minutes or until rice is tender and most of the moisture is gone.

I will post pictures below and I hope you all enjoy.

Have an amazing first day of autumn.

Love and hugs from my home to your’s.

It’s finally Saturday!

Good afternoon everyone, I hope you are all having and amazing weekend so far. I made the much anticipated slow cooked BBQ pulled pork sandwiches, and oh my gosh it exceeded my expectations. I also took my son to the fire station up the street for their open house and that was a major success. I also did some painting today which is so relaxing I can’t paint to save my life but I love to just play around with different styles and colors.

Well I hope you all have an amazing, wonderful, and happy Saturday.

Love and hugs from my home to your’s.

Happy pre-friday!

Good morning everyone, and happy Thursday.  I thought yesterday was going to be so busy but it actually turned out to be very pleasant until the fire alarm in the building went off and we started smelling smoke. Very scary but the fire department came out and sa I d everything was ok and let us all go back in. I have to say I am super excited for Saturday. I have this slow cooker dish that I will be cooking and it sounds so good.

Well I know today is going to be busy because I was pre-warned yesterday.

I hope you all have an amazing and fun filled Thursday.

Love and hugs from my home to your’s.

Good morning!!!

Good morning everyone, and happy Wednesday.  I didn’t write yesterday as I was still not feeling too well from Monday, but I did make my own copycat recipe for panda express’s cream cheese Ragoons all for under $10 and they taste amazing. I will post pictures of them down below.

I know today is going to be a busy busy day.

Well I hope you all have an amazing, wonderful,  adventure full, and positive Wednesday.

Love and hugs from my home to your’s.
