Good morning everyone and happy Thursday, today is my Friday and I am in an amazing mood. The positive vibes are flowing. I have to to tell you all why I am in such an amazing mood though I have finally gotten back into my workout routine and changed it up a bit, I am currently doing 45 minutes of weight training and 30 minutes of yoga with a 15 minute meditation before I go to bed. I feel amazing and am beyond happy.
